Recruiting Veterinary Practice Manangers

Our candidate recruiting process begins with an initial consultation with your hospital. During this consultation, VetMgrCentral gathers information about your hospital, as well as answers any questions you might have. If you decide to use our services, a contract will be sent to you to review, sign and send back to us with a retainer fee.

Now the fun begins...

We review our database of veterinary practice manager candidates that live in your area, as well as those who are willing to relocate. We also recommend that ads are placed in the local papers and veterinary publications to help ensure a larger pool of qualified candidates from which to interview. All resumes that are received from any source are reviewed by VetMgrCentral and candidates who meet our mutual qualifications will be further screened with one-on-one telephone interviews. VetMgrCentral will then select among the most qualified candidates, who will the undergo more in-depth interviews by both VetMgrCentral and the practice owner. The viable candidates that make the "first cut" will have their references and educational backgrounds checked by VetMgrCentral. the practice owner makes the final decision on the selection of the best qualified candidate, with input from VetMgrCentral. The final step in this phase concludes with an *offer to the winning candidate.

*We require all candidates to give us permission to perform a background screening in writing. We perform background screening during offer process – all offers are made contingent on positive results of background screening.
