We are searching for a Regional Operations Manager for a small group of practices located in the greater Philadelphia PA area.

As you read the description and requirements below please note if you do NOT have multi-site experience do not apply. We will only consider those candidates with multi-site experience
regardless of how good your other experience is.

Partial list of job description:
Lead the development of hospital talent; identification of team leaders and assistant practice managers.
Review financial and operational reports in partnership with hospital management and leaders; hold managers accountable to performance goals.
Develop, in partnership with hospital practice managers, policies and procedures to manage the business and medical aspects of the hospitals.
Communicate corporate strategies and ensure the successful implementation of those strategies at the hospital.
Manage key financial metrics at each hospital: labor hours, cash control, inventory shrinkage, purchasing, etc.
Manage routine operational/financial review meetings with partner veterinarian owners.

Skills Required:
Ability to develop and train hospital leadership, build relationships.
High level of emotional intelligence.
Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal
Financial analysis skills.

Experience Required:
Veterinary hospital leadership.
Multi-location management experience. (This does not have to be in the veterinary world)
Profit & Loss management.
4-year college degree.
