Background Screening

We can now perform background screening on any potential employee. Even though we only recruit and place management personnel we can perform a background screen on any potential candidate in any position. Employee must give signed consent.

Background screening typically includes: Social Security Verification; Criminal Reports including National: Sexual Offender Database Search & Terrorist Database Search (where available); DMV Reports; and Employment Credit Reports

Social Security Verification

A national security search is the first step in pre-screening. This verifies:
  • Social security number
  • Current and past addresses
  • Persons associated with this number
  • Date of issue
  • Employers

Criminal Background Checks

  • National and statewide criminal data
  • International and national terrorist database check (not available in all states)

Sexual Offender Search

  • Search of national sexual predator database may include-identification of offender, photo, date of offense, county and state charged, time served

DMV Records

  • Commercial Drivers License
  • Individual Drivers License
  • Traffic violations
  • DUI’s

Credit Reports

  • Social Security Fraud Check
  • Employment Information
  • Current and previous addresses
  • Public records
  • Traditional trade lines and inquiries
  • Risk Score

Payable prior to beginning screening with either Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Generally results are within 24 hours.
